Notify ADL immediately if a submitted candidate is hired
Honor the fee structure as outlined in the service agreement
Candidates working with ADL agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information on resumes and applications
Communicate promptly regarding interview scheduling and opportunities
Notify ADL of any changes in employment status or availability
Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process
Fee structures for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms will be specified in the client agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
ADL maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client and candidate information. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our services.
All content on the ADL Search & Staffing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ADL Search & Staffing LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
ADL Search & Staffing provides recruitment and staffing services to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for:
Employment decisions made by clients
Candidate performance after placement
Misrepresentations made by clients or candidates
Changes in employment status after placement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
ADL Search & Staffing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
